Must have Property and Casualty License prior to applying

Insurance or office admin experience of one year or more

Ability to display a cheery, vibrant and professional phone voice

Ability to convey friendliness and hospitality through the phone

Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Proven understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Emphasis on Excel)

Driven by the desire to work in sales office with a competitive spirit.

Proven ability to be persuasive; persistent and confident.

The desire to solve challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.

Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.

Job Description:

Use multi-line phone system to answer multiple calls simultaneously

Direct calls and walk-ins to the appropriate channels

Use Salesforce to research sales reports and extract pertinent info to measure sales performance and efficiency

Use Microsoft Excel to create reports to quantify and locate areas of opportunity
