Under the supervision of the Fitness Director or designated Director, the Group Exercise Coordinator will provide supervision and instruction to members by listening actively, strengthening relationships, and promoting healthy living with Y members. The Coordinator will work closely with the Fitness Director to assist with day-to-day implementation of the Group Exercise program regarding membership development and retention through quality leadership and continuous follow through with member engagement. A minimum of half of total weekly hours will be designated as a Group Exercise instructor as determined by the Fitness Director and subject to change based on facility needs.
