THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: 

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Get in front of decision makers and deliver presentations on YBA products
• Qualify opportunities quickly and maintain a well-developed pipeline
• Understands prospects and their pain points Working knowledge of Microsoft products
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 1 - 3 years of sales experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Detail Oriented

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
