    We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our all-things-exterior general contracting company. As an Outside Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals for residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods and reaching out to potential customers, as well as leads provided by the company. This position allows you to set your appointments in addition to the appointments set by the company, measure jobs for quoting, and present the value of our company products and services in meetings directly with decision-makers. Customer types will include residential single-family homes, commercial office buildings, and multi-family communities/HOAs. Trade types we offer will include Roofing, Gutters, Siding, Windows, Framing, Decks, and Docks. These opportunities include both retail and insurance jobs. This position will allow the right self-starter the freedom to set their own goals and their schedules to quickly accomplish those goals. Building and maintaining relationships with prior and potential clients is an integral part of this job. Though working autonomously, this is a team environment position that requires interaction with other team members providing the complete package for the right persons. Weekly commissions and Monthly Bonuses are a part of the package. All product resources that are required to be a successful team member will be provided by the company including CRMs, Surface Pros, cell phones, and many other company-provided tools and perks. Responsibilities: • Follow up on leads provided by the company • Generate leads through door-to-door sales, cold-calling, and networking events • Meet or exceed sales targets • Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers • Provide customers with information on products and services • Negotiate and close deals, collect payments, and request customer referrals • Work ethics and ability to work autonomously within an experienced team • Pay is determined by sales and commissions and has been proven within the company • Attend Weekly Sales meetings • Provide regular updates to management on sales progress • Work fluidly with the Production Team both before and while your jobs are being produced • Responsible for company-provided trucks, cellphones, laptops, and other sales materials that will be provided • Responsible for attending Company-provided Continuing Education meetings and self-help conferences. These classes are offered monthly, quarterly, and annually Qualifications: • Provide a proven track record of sales success • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with CRM platforms/sales-tracking programs is a plus • Strong self-starter with the ability to maintain a self-generated organized schedule • The ability to climb ladders/walk on the roof is required • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus • Exterior remodeling/installation sales experience is a plus • Familiarity with construction is a plus • Willingness, passion and a positive attitude can balance out a lack of experience Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000 yearly
