Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Miami, FL for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills

Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and resolve complaints

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
