We are a dynamic and leading Retail company dedicated to the distribution of professional beauty supplies, providing manufacturers with channels to reach customers across professional, non-professional, and B2B segments. As we expand we are seeking a talented Retail Sales Manager to join our team.

    Position Overview

    As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of success in our dynamic and evolving sales environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strong and effective leadership to our sales team, fostering a motivational atmosphere that consistently surpasses sales quotas. Through strategic planning, team management, and a deep understanding of consumer needs, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base both locally and nationally.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide robust and effective leadership to the sales team, cultivating a motivational environment that consistently surpasses sales quotas.

    Guide and inspire the sales team, ensuring their ongoing motivation and alignment with the company's objectives.

    Review, analyze, and interpret sales and operational data to forecast sales trends, identify potential markets, and determine profitability.

    Serve as a knowledgeable expert in our products/services, representing the company effectively to address consumer needs.

    Conduct thorough consumer research to identify needs and align our solutions, leading to targeted and effective sales strategies.

    Recruit, train, mentor, and guide a team of sales representatives, ensuring they possess the requisite skills for success.

    Establish clear objectives for the sales team, monitor performance, and provide continuous support and coaching to drive improvement.

    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, expanding our customer base locally and nationally.

    Cultivate enduring relationships with potential clients, addressing specific needs to build lasting partnerships.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies, implementing joint initiatives that contribute to company growth.

    Manage day-to-day operations, conducting regular check-ins with the sales team to set objectives, monitor progress, and ensure company quotas are met.

    Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts for effective resource allocation and planning.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    A proven track record of a minimum of five years in corporate sales management, showcasing excellence throughout the entire sales process.

    Exceptional proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, complemented by robust leadership abilities.

    Demonstrated expertise in negotiation tactics, strategic thinking, and consistently achieving sales goals within a collaborative team environment.

    Results-oriented mindset with advanced analytical skills, showcasing the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.

    In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and best practices, showcasing proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance sales efficiency.

    Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, facilitating effective communication and collaboration in a multicultural setting.

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business

    Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Plus)

    Schedule Full Time Position: Monday to Saturday (Store hours)

    Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00
