Job Description
MEMBER SERVICES TEAM:
- As part of the Member Services Team Staff, you will have several different important duties working at the front desk at the Fercho and Schlossman YMCAs.
- Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and staff, answering phone calls and scanning membership cards, assisting members with questions, and referring questions to the appropriate departments, signing up new members for memberships, registering individuals for programs, and answering questions about YMCA activities.
- This position has many different aspects, which are all very crucial to the overall operation of the YMCA. You will be an active member of the YMCA community and get to know the many people you will meet here.

MEMBER SERVICES TEAM PAY & BENEFITS:
- $10.80/hour (Additional pay possible with related education and/or experience.)
- Shifts available:
- Thursday 12:00pm - 5:00pm
- Saturday 1:00pm - 7:00pm
- Sunday 2:00pm - 7:00pm

MEMBER SERVICES TEAM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 18 years old
- 6 months of directly related Customer Service experience.
