The CHASCO Family YMCA in Round Rock, TX is now accepting applications for energetic, dependable and articulate individuals to work as a Specialty Instructor in our ChildWatch Department which is a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. We are looking for Chef, Sewing, Craft and or Steam Instructors to join our team!
General duties include, but are not limited to: instructing one class per week minimum in specialty areas and greeting and assisting members/participants as they enter your class while providing outstanding customer service. Candidates must have experience working with children 5 years to 13 years of age. Excellent organizational and communication skills, must be able to multi-task efficiently, computer literate, customer service experience.
Candidates MUST be available to work one class per week: 5pm-8pm M,T,W or TH (day may vary depending on availability). Punctuality, reliability, and a pleasant personality is a MUST.
We are offering $250 bonus for new staff!
Skills/Requirements:
*Bonus if you are able or willing to learn how to teach cooking, sewing, crafts, and painting to children.
Pay Rate: $13.00 to $19.00/hour
