JOB SUMMARY:
The Parkview Family YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and attentive part-time Membership Enrollment Specialist to join our team.
Under the supervision of the Membership Director, the Member Enrollment Specialist guide prospective members through the enrollment process, give tours, and foster relationships that connect them to the YMCA, fellow members and programs to fit their individual needs. The Membership Enrollment Specialist also help to strengthen the culture of the YMCA, by promoting programs and events to our members and the community.
STARTING PAY RANGE: $10.50 to $11 depending on experience
HOURS AVAILABLE:
- Tuesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Rotating weekends 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
LOCATION:
- Parkview Family YMCA, 10001 Dawsons Creek Blvd, Fort Wayne Indiana 46825
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to attend work.
- Promote and incorporate the YMCA core values and mission into all aspects of the job and in the community.
- Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
- Able to fulfill all demands and skills in spirit, mind and body for membership enrollment in accordance to YMCA standards.
- Welcoming, service-oriented attitude serving diverse groups of adults in regard to age, abilities, ethnicity, gender, race, economic status, religion, etc.
- Team player willing to contribute to the culture, mission, and values of the YMCA.
