Qualifications
Professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well with Board of Management, donors, staff, and volunteers Ability to work within various deadlines, respond to multiple needs, and effectively problem solve Dependable, reliable, detailed oriented with proven organization skills Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required (Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint) Knowledge of YMCA computer programs Exact Target and CCC a plus Proficiency recording meeting minutes Excellent typing and grammar skills Ensures neat, accurate, detailed results Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines Visual and auditory ability and willingness to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency and follow the branch emergency plan
