Job Description
The office assistant provides a friendly face and helpful attitude for pre-k-12 students and their parents visiting or calling the KVCS office. Duties include:
Answering phones promptly and professionally
Assisting office supervisor and KVCS director as needed
Administering medications and provide basic first aid to students
Performing related tasks as directed by supervisor
Salary:
$14.65 per hour, approx. 38 hours per week

Qualifications
Must have patience to handle student and parent needs.
Must be able to work with multiple competing priorities.
Must be computer literate and proficient with Gmail and Google applications including calendar, sheets and docs.
Two years of college or work-related experience
Familiarity with office environment and working with a team
Must pass a criminal background check before beginning employment.
Desirable Specialty Skills:
School bus driver training
Social media marketing
Strong writing skills
Microsoft Excel
