What are the roles they are hiring for and what do they do?
Youth Development Leader I & II Positions: Both positions work with small & large groups of students, as they navigate through the daily activities of the after school program; including group games, arts & crafts, academic support, dance, cooking, team building and more.
All positions will be trained to improve and hone your skills with communication, behavior management, creating & facilitating program and are always encouraged to bring the passions and interests to the program.
What is the schedule for these roles?
Great question! They are currently hiring for the 2021 school season, which starts in July. The hours may vary depending on the school at which you’re placed, but are generally Monday – Friday, from 6 – 8am and 1 – 6pm. There isn’t as large of a need for AM hours, but PM availability is highly preferred. If you have any questions about this, definitely ask when called by the program after you apply.
