    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Junior Analyst Office Administrator to join our team! Flexible benefits package. Training provided. Compensation commensurate with experience. Your responsibilities and required qualifications are shown below:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain office, admin, books and records of a small family-owned private company
    • Maintain books and records of one private charitable foundation and two limited partnerships,
    • Maintain books and records of client trusts and investment portfolios
    • Perform month-end client valuation and reconciliations for assigned funds
    • Resolve accounting errors on a timely basis with documentation
    • Liaison with banks, brokers and underlying investment holdings
    • Prepare quarterly client progress reports

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in Quick Books, accounting, finance, or other related fields
    • Advanced spreadsheet skills and computer savvy
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
    • Creative smart self-starter & problem solver
