We are currently seeking a Junior Analyst Office Administrator to join our team! Flexible benefits package. Training provided. Compensation commensurate with experience. Your responsibilities and required qualifications are shown below:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain office, admin, books and records of a small family-owned private company
- Maintain books and records of one private charitable foundation and two limited partnerships,
- Maintain books and records of client trusts and investment portfolios
- Perform month-end client valuation and reconciliations for assigned funds
- Resolve accounting errors on a timely basis with documentation
- Liaison with banks, brokers and underlying investment holdings
- Prepare quarterly client progress reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Quick Books, accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and computer savvy
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Creative smart self-starter & problem solver
