Job Description

The Inside Sales & Customer Support position is responsible for application assistance, quote preparation, order and data entry, general sales support and serving the needs of our customers and manufacturers. Successful performance of the Technical Sales & Customer Support job may lead to a Technical Outside Sales position. Duties will include:

1. General inside sales and customer support.

2. Coordinate with Outside Sales to fulfill customer’s needs.

3. Preparation and follow up of quotations.

4. Provide application and technical support.

5. Expediting of customer orders.

6. Handling of RMA (Return Material Authorization) requests.

7. Order entry processing.

8. Lead generation and follow up.

9. Maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database.

10. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
