National Talent Agency with an office in Chicago is seeking an Agent for their Chicago Youth Department (1-18) to join an existing team. Our Agency has established itself as a highly respected resource for talent within the industry, representing minors in the areas of TV, Film, Commercials, and Voice-Over.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years working in a talent agency as a talent manager, or talent coordinator, preferably with youth talent in the areas of TV, Film, Commercial and Voice-Over. You will be working with our current talent roster, but there is opportunity to bring over existing clientele. This is a great opportunity for a motivated team player to work with an established company with a 30 year history in the industry.

Responsibilities include: Scouting for new talent, Generating client submissions, updating and preparing client materials, Preparing important documents (contracts, deal memos, invoices, etc.), Working with NDAs using discretion, client submissions, Communicating effectively through emails and phone solicitations

A love of Kids and the patience of a parent are important attributes.

This is a full-time, in-person, salaried position with commission opportunity.
