    As a graphic designer on our team, you will bridge the gap between form and function. It's not just putting a mouse to the screen and outputting a design. It’s a style, it's a thought process and it's the execution of creativeness that you pursue. Your knack for taking mundane ideas and taking them to the next level puts you above your peers. Responsibilities: • Follow detailed requirement documents and create usable creative assets. • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team members to develop marketing assets. • Help develop and drive the message of the organization. • Create dynamic and engaging HTML, interactive, and static display ads. • Design impactful visual assets that promote the brand across all digital and OOH mediums including billboards and television commercials. • Ensure all graphic elements align with the company brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across various platforms and projects. • Contribute to the development and evolution of the company brand through innovative and bold on-brand design solutions. • Lead creative strategy for campaigns, launches, and marquee projects. Qualifications: • You Live in Calgary as this is an IN-OFFICE position • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related position. • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work on self-directed tasks with good time management skills. • Adept at market research including identifying when research is required. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Please include a link to your portfolio of work for past clients. Compensation: $42,000 - $50,000
