We are looking for a process-driven and EXPERIENCED automotive painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience painting vehicles in an auto body shop environment. Will provide excellent refinish quality to customers' vehicles by adhering to industry best practices. Additionally, this candidate will participate in continued training and maintain Yach's reputation for quality work. Responsibilities: • To refinish vehicles to meet company standards of quality • Ensure accurate color match by using a computerized mixing scale, color chips, spray-out cards, etc. • Prepare damaged/repaired areas for painting • Perform refinishing to customer vehicles to pre-loss condition and accurately follow Yach's work order, along with diagnosing and reporting any additional damage not on the work order • Assist in the smooth flow of work through the shop • Enjoy working in an auto body shop Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED preferred • Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail • Driver’s license required • 5+ years of experience. Automotive schooling preferred as well Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+
