Responsibilities:
Identify and develop commercial insurance opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
Monitor key metrics, ensuring sales targets are met, and document sales activities promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members, provide expertise, and actively participate in meetings.
Support client renewals and retention efforts, ensuring continued satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry updates, products, legislation, and technology to enhance knowledge and performance.
Review client audits, facilitate corrections, and manage A/R and billing.
Qualifications:
State-required insurance license and a minimum of two years commercial lines insurance account management experience.
Profound knowledge of insurance products, underwriting procedures, and industry operations.
Customer-focused, with strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational prowess, capable of independently tackling challenging tasks. Exhibit sound business judgment, robust decision-making abilities, and excel in both written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management, thrive in a team environment, and proficient in agency management systems and technology.
