    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: We are looking for a team member that is committed to providing the best assistance to our Doctors, staff, patients, and clients while thriving in an administrative fast-paced setting. Some technical requirements for this position are:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Previous administrative/office experience required; healthcare administrative experience is a plus.
    • Ability to successfully pass a background check in relation to the position applied for.

    DAY TO DAY:

    • Answering incoming calls.
    • Participate in medical records organization, retrieval and retention.
    • Respond to staff requests for charts.
    • Process correspondence.
    • Ensure appropriate reviews are completed before releasing or filing health care information.
    • Monitor charts for completeness and required documentation.
    • Data entry of patient information.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
    • Perform Health Care Information activities consistent with medical, ethical, and legal requirements.
