Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Intern to join our team. You will learn and gain experience in leasing and sales of homes, apartments, and small commercial real estate. Training will be provided, and a class for you to earn your real estate license will be provided. You must pass the class and obtain your license. Compensation is hourly with the ability to transition into commission on transactions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct property showings for potential buyers or tenants.Provide excellent customer service and assistance to clients.Assist in facilitating leasing and sales transactions.Conduct market research and analyze property trends.Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.Collaborate effectively with team members.Participate in training and educational programs.Prepare for and obtain your real estate license.Utilize Appfolio in the leasing process. Training provided.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a business or related degree program preferred but not required.Willingness to pursue a real estate license.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and attention to detail.Ability to work well in a team.Proficiency in office software and real estate tools.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.High ethical standards and commitment to privacy.Motivated and eager to learn about real estate.You MUST have a car.
