This position coordinates and assists in | | alignment with healthcare transformation, strategic, and early learning | | goals by performing the following duties. | | | | | | | | ESSENTIAL DUTIES | | | | - Assists in developing outreach plans for underserved children and | | families, in collaboration with the Early Learning Program Manager | | (ELPM), the Family C0RE Leadership Team and the Early Learning | | Council and plays an active role in implementation and | | ongoing administration. | | - Works with Community & Network Relations Specialist to develop | | promotional material and to integrate messaging into social media. | | - Creates networking and professional development opportunities to | | support the home visiting network. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+
