Department:  Early Learning Hub             Reports To:   Early Learning Program Manager             FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Exciting opportunity to be part of a team of dedicated individuals, working with community partners to create and align systems that support school readiness and family stability. As the Outreach & Referral Coordinator, the successful applicant will engage families to connect them to home visiting and early childhood education programs that best meet their needs. The Outreach & Referral Coordinator will assist in developing promotional materials, outreach and system improvement plans, and professional development opportunities for the home visiting workforce. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and also be comfortable with administrative functions that require accuracy and attention to detail.  Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field OR Associate degree in early childhood education with 5 years’ of experience in early childhood OR any combination education and experience that would qualify candidate for the position.
• Minimum one year experience performing administrative, data tracking, and coordination tasks.
• Minimum one year experience working with at-risk populations.
• Experience in care coordination and/or home visiting preferred.
