Front of House: -FOH positions include cashiering, customer service, food running, bussing and side work. -Provide customers with an exemplary dining experience. -Answer all menu questions accurately and properly accommodate specific dietary needs/allergies(gluten-free, soy-free). -Take and run orders with complete accuracy and a smile on your face. -Communicate with kitchen to ensure food and to-go/takeout orders are accurate and timely. -Consistently attend to all customers. Read and adapt to verbal and nonverbal cues to address customer needs. Pay: hourly + tips Back of House: -BOH positions include Line/Prep Cook and Dishwasher along with side work. -Work closely with others in a fast paced kitchen. -Mark and complete orders with accuracy. -Ability to analyze all open tickets and work smarter/faster, not harder/slower. -Execute consistent items from scratch. -Uphold sanitation standards. -Be cautious of dietary needs/allergies. -Able to work quickly and adapt to meet flow of demand. -Able to stand for full shift. -Able to work in a hot, fast-paced environment. Pay: hourly Requirements for both FOH & BOH: -Must be able to pass background check -2+ years experience in food industry (or customer service/cashiering for FOH position) -Excellent interpersonal skills -Ability to handle the normal stresses of working in a busy restaurant (if you are sensitive, working in a restaurant is probably not for you) -Punctuality -Must arrive to work alert, clean and presentable -Must be able to work weekends -Must not let personal life/feelings get in the way of work - we want to look/be friendly and be ready to serve our eager, hungry customers with a smile on our face!
