Flowly Solutions is hiring for multiple yard associates for our logistics team.

These are full time positions with weekly opportunities for overtime. The schedule will be Monday through Friday. No weekend work will be offered or required. We are flexible on the exact schedule you will be assigned each week based on your availability.

We are seeking candidates who have prior warehouse or yard work experience. We are willing to train the right employees to perform all job requirements. You must be willing to work in a physically involved environment and outside in all conditions. A large part of this role is maintaining the yard and preparing outgoing orders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the work yard to ensure it is organized and clean
• Washing, cleaning and maintaining machinery
• Learning to safely and effectively operate a forklift
• Working with your team members and manager to complete daily projects
• Assisting with loading and unloading customer vehicles
• Learning to complete a wide variety of job duties and taking on more responsibilities
• Always following safety procedures and remaining safety focused
• Completing computer work and processing orders
• Working outside in all weather and climates

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a yard or warehouse is preferred but it is not required
• Being a team oriented
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Computer and typing literacy
• The ability to frequently lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required for this position
