Flowly Solutions is hiring for multiple yard laborers for our logistics team.

These positions are full time, permanent positions with opportunities to grow within the business. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be available. There may be required overtime if a project is needing to be completed.

We prefer prior experience in a warehouse, construction or labor setting but we are open to training the right candidates for this role. The majority of the work day will be spent moving materials throughout the yard and preparing customer orders. You must be willing to work directly with clients and remain professional at all times. This job is very physically involved and will have you standing for extended periods of time.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift safely and effectively to move materials throughout the yard
• Completing and passing our forklift training classes
• Assisting customers with loading their orders into their vehicles
• Creating custom orders based on client specifications
• Quality checking your and team member's work to locate any mistakes or defects
• Effectively operating and calibrating machines
• Collecting items from throughout the yard to be included in each order
• Communicating with your lead of any delays in production
• Helping in other departments if needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or construction background is preferred but it is not required
• The ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Great communication skills and customer service experience
• Remaining safety focused and aware of your surroundings at all times
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
