We are seeking a dependable Yard & Logistics Technician to support our roofing crews and daily operations. This role is responsible for delivering materials to job sites, maintaining company vehicles and equipment, and keeping the yard organized and fully stocked.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring our crews have the materials, tools, and equipment they need to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver roofing materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as directed.

· Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company yard.

· Keep company trucks stocked with necessary tools, materials, and supplies.

· Assist crews by preparing equipment and materials before jobs begin.

· Perform regular inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment to ensure readiness.

· Pick up materials from suppliers and return unused materials from job sites.

· Assist with inventory tracking of materials, tools, and equipment.

· Maintain cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and equipment.

· Assist with basic equipment setup and preparation when needed.

· Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

· Ability to drive trucks and trailers safely.

· Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

· Ability to work well independently and with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

· Prior experience in construction, roofing, or related trade.

· Familiarity with roofing materials and equipment.

· Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. · Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus.
