    Seattle, WA

    Our client, a well-established real estate owner, is looking for a Yardi Support Specialist to support the day-to-day administration of its property management systems. This role is ideal for someone with a background in property management who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving processes, and supporting internal teams.

    Working closely with operations, accounting and training, you'll help manage Yardi system administration, user access, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements while ensuring critical business systems operate efficiently.

    Yardi Support Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Provide internal support and troubleshooting for Yardi property management systems.
    • Manage user access, onboarding, offboarding, and permissions across Yardi platforms and Smartsheet.
    • Partner with operations to improve workflows, system efficiency, and user adoption.
    • Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
    • Escalate complex system issues and ensure timely resolution.
    • Support special projects while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Yardi Support Specialist Qualifications:

    • Strong experience with Yardi Residential administration, troubleshooting, setup, and support.
    • At least 2 years of on-site property management experience.
    • Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Tech savvy, with a knack for understanding new systems and AI.

    Compensation: $92K - $110K, with a 5% annual bonus
