REQUIREMENTS

• Taking in-house generated leads business owners seeking SBA Gov Loans
• Gather information and lead each prospective client from pre-qualification to closing
• Send out applications to interested business owners
• Follow up and collect required documents to submit full application package
• Positive attitude and desire to work hard
• Discipline & commitment
• High degree of passion and energy for to succeed
• Excellent communication and professional relationship building skills
• Strong phone skills, and the willingness to work extremely hard
• Have an innate ability to build rapport and develop trust quickly with business owners

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3+ Years Inside Sales Experience
• Must be hard working, competitive, and highly motivated and punctual
• Business Loan / MCA Experience Preferred (not required)
• Applicants must be RESULTS DRIVEN and persistent
• Bachelors degree preferred upon expected graduation date
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong phone skills
• Honest and Professional
• Intermediate computer skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
