    REQUIREMENTS

    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

    • Prospect existing database of signed up ISOs/Brokers that are not actively submitting business
    • Gather key information on each prospect and sell the Yarrow Value
    • Follow up and gather submissions from prospects
    • Work with operations team to process the submissions
    • Works with lenders to negotiate and follow up on your submissions
    • Work with the prospect/Independent Sales Organization on the options available or to collect missing info
    • Manage the relationship to continuously fund new business
    • Positive attitude and desire to work hard
    • Discipline & commitment
    • Excellent communication and professional relationship building skills
    • Strong phone skills, and the willingness to work extremely hard

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 3 years MCA Experience
    • Must be hard working, competitive, and highly motivated and punctual
    • Applicants must be RESULTS DRIVEN and persistent
    • Bachelors degree preferred upon expected graduation date
    • Inside sales experience is a plus, but not required
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong phone skills
    • Honest and Professional
    • Intermediate computer skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
