    Yaser Ali Law has an immediate opening for a motivated associate Estate Planning Attorney with at least 3 years of trusts and estates experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and other estate planning documents. The ability to manage a full caseload, work independently and efficiently, and provide exceptional client service is essential. Responsibilities: • Draft and review trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents • Handle probate and trust administration matters • Establish nonprofit entities, business entities, and asset protection structures • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations • Collaborate with managing attorney and support staff to ensure comprehensive client service • Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction • Utilize our tech stack (Lawmatics, Airtable, Gavel) to enhance efficiency and client experience Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Active bar membership in Arizona (+ additional states preferred) • 3 years of trusts and estates experience • Strong understanding of estate planning, probate, and trust administration • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Commitment to providing high-quality client service • Proficiency in using legal tech tools • Interest or experience in Islamic estate planning is a plus, but not required Compensation: $120,000 yearly
