Job Description

Experienced Customer Care Specialist/ Service Representative necessary for busy insurance Law Firm.

• Duties include inbound phone calls and emails;

  • Facilitate payments and payment plans;

  • Resolution to issues regarding accounts;

  • Answer questions regarding how to make payments;

  • Minimal Skip Tracing;

  • Communicate with clients;

  • You will be a pivotal member of our team. The ideal candidates will be looking for a long-term career with a nationally recognized Law Firm. 

  •  

    Bilingual a Plus

    Candidate will have prior collections or negotiation experience

    • Able to work with a high volume of cases;
    • Must be an independent worker and able to multi task
    • Must be familiar with collection software programs, Microsoft word and skip tracing programs.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm

No weekends or evening hours required
