YDM Solutions is a contract service provider for FedEx Ground. As a Package Delivery Driver, you'll be loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

We will train all drivers! Drivers may operate vehicles ranging from cargo vans to large step trucks.
MUST be reliable, and capable of working a Flexible Schedule with Saturday or Sunday.
FedEx age requirement is 21 years of age
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Continual lifting, lowering and carrying heavy packages.
Climb into and out of van or truck repeatedly and frequently throughout the day, up to 100 or more times a day.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs with the assistance of small equipment.
Use arms, legs, feet, hands and fingers to operate vehicle and light equipment.
Frequently move the whole body to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.
Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl in awkward positions.
See well (naturally or with correction).
Sit while driving vehicle from stop to stop.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Qualified applicants must have:
Valid driver’s license.
Pass a background check.
Commercial Driving Experience preferred.
A DOT physical exam and drug test is required.
Excellent customer contact and driving skills.
Comply with FedEx appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
