Job Description

Yegi Beauty is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues via email, via phone and through social media. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, e-mail, social media, occasionally in person
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Provide information about eyelash products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions via phone, via e-mail or social media
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Provide internal support to shipping, products kit making, orders delivery through curb side pickup,
• Process returns, returns follow up while maintaining products and work place in order
• Other duties may be assigned

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2-years experience in customer service and related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable to always be on time at work
• Dedication to Customer satisfaction
• Beauty Industry/Lash knowledge not a requirement but will be a plus
