About The Role You will play a pivotal role on a small agile team of talented engineers focused on building cloud-based, cutting-edge solutions for our client-partners. How You'll Make An Impact You'll work with other highly skilled developers to build enterprise SaaS applications using Ruby on Rails and other modern web technologies. As a core team member of our web application platform team you will get to work on all aspects of our products. What We're Looking For Minimum: 2 years of professional development experience using Ruby, Java, or other OO language Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related degree, or equivalent work experience. Relational database design as well as proficiency in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL) Your drive for action and experience solving problems in a fast paced environment Experience working through and on performance issues, tuning, scaling and security when working on the web.
