Yellow Bob is conducting a search for PRODUCT MANAGEMENT LEAD on behalf of our FINTECH client.

SUMMARY:

This is a HANDS-ON product management LEADERSHIP POSITION which includes developing and establishing an international PRODUCT VISION, STRATEGY and ROADMAP while working closely with the Engineering and Design Teams to ensure SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY and maintenance of all products and services.

BACKGROUND:

As this fintech client scales and grows, they've decided they want to bring all software in-house, so they're building it out from scratch (they previously used third party SaaS tools). The software encompasses payments, AP/AR, invoicing, credit management, customer relationship database, and sales/marketing funnels.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 7+ years/Senior level experience in product management, in-house
2. Experience working on ERP software and/or an Accounting Practice Management System
3. Ability to work on-site during typical business hours once the pandemic calms down
4. Expert experience in product management with a proven track record of managing all aspects of multiple simultaneous successful products throughout their lifecycles.
5. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
6. Solid technical background with understanding and experience in software development for modern web and mobile-based technologies.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
8. Strong experience with the Agile Development Process and related tools.
9. Strong experience with wireframing tools.
