    Col Kitchen and Grimm Brothers Brewhouse is a dynamic and thriving brewery and event space, known for its exceptional craft beers and unique event experiences. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Planner and Sales Representative. This is a hybrid position that allows for flexibility, combining remote work for administrative tasks with onsite presence during events. The ideal candidate is available nights and weekends when events may be hosted.

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Competitive base salary in the range of $30,000 - $35,000 per year + 5% Commissions. On Target Earnings (OTE) $50,000+
    • Attractive commission structure of 5% earnings based on event bookings and sales performance.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Event Planning: * Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences. * Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, catering, entertainment, and decor. * Ensure seamless execution of events, from setup to teardown, to guarantee a memorable experience for clients and guests.
    2. Sales and Business Development: * Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients to drive event bookings. * Conduct tours of the brewery and event space to showcase our facilities and services. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    3. Client Communication: * Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process. * Provide timely and detailed communication to address client inquiries and concerns.
    4. Remote Administration: * Work from home to handle administrative tasks, including email correspondence, proposal creation, and contract management. * Utilize virtual communication tools for team meetings and collaboration.
    5. Onsite Presence: * Attend and oversee events onsite to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise. * Build relationships with clients during events to encourage repeat business and referrals.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in event planning and sales, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.
    • Experience with Tripleseat or equivalent Banquet Event Order (BEO) programs.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events concurrently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
    • Flexibility to work onsite during events, including evenings and weekends.
    • Professional team player who is willing to "roll-up-sleeves" to help
