We are committed to being the beauty industry's most trusted and relied-upon partner, providing the best quality marketing tools and skills for promoting our clients' products to the markets. Currently, we sell our clients' products through e-commerce, Amazon & Walmart.com, and big chain markets such as Albertsons, Walmart and, etc.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING COORDINATOR to join our team. In the marketing department, we will invite you to contribute to all stages of marketing activities, social media, and promotional marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, and expand our audience reach and brand awareness. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in online sales and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• We are looking for a Marketing Intern who would work on the following tasks:
• Contribute to strategical planning for the company’s and clients’ social media activities, posts, and engagements
• Assist to maintain company’s Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify accounts and product listings
• Cooperate to find effective keywords for the products and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms
• General back up for online sales activities
• Research some influencers that are in our target niches and contact them for the promotional events
• Build relationships with the audience, clients, customers, and influencers
• Daily post to our social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Come up with online marketing strategies that effectively engage and bring users to our website
• Answer support emails and chat with our customers
• Set up email marketing campaigns and send bi-weekly or monthly newsletters to our users and potential users
• Post on our blog a few times a month, interview our partners for the features

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in social media tools, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Excellent interpersonal skills: candidates to be able to maintain good rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with customers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capable of identifying and completing tasks independently and reporting on progress with a sense of ownership and urgency
• Skillful in Microsoft programs (Excel, Words, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Prefer Adobe program users
