YES SALES INC/INNEREST SOLUTIONS is a fast-growing, private marketing and sales company located in Los Angeles, CA. Currently, we sell our clients' products through e-commerce, and big chain markets such as Albertsons, Walmart and, etc.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC, SELF-MOTIVATED MARKETING COORDINATOR/MARKETER to join our team. In the marketing department, we will invite you to contribute to all stages of marketing activities, social media, and promotional marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, and expand our audience reach and brand awareness. This position will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in sales and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for marketing personnel who would work on the following tasks:

• Contribute to strategical planning for the company’s and clients’ social media activities, posts, and engagements
• Assist to maintain company’s Shopify accounts and product listings
• General backup for online sales activities
• Research and reach out to influencers for the company’s influencer marketing campaigns
• Build relationships with the audience, clients, customers, and influencers
• Data entry for all paid socials
• Come up with online marketing strategies that effectively engage and bring users to our website
• Respond to support emails and chat with our customers
• Set up email marketing campaigns and send bi-weekly or monthly newsletters to our users and potential users
• Communicate and manage day-to-day marketing operation projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify opportunities to further communicate our brand mission
• Work with team to brainstorm social moments

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in social media tools, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Experience in Ads Manager for Meta/Facebook and Tiktok
• Excellent interpersonal skills: candidates to be able to maintain good rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with customers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capable of identifying and completing tasks independently and reporting on progress with a sense of ownership and urgency
• Skillful in Microsoft programs (Excel, Words, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Prefer beauty/skincare enthusiasts
