    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Office Receptionist to join our team! As an Office Receptionist, you will answer the phones, check and answer emails, order supply, You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

    Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork

    Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions

    Qualifications

    Great customer service skills

    Strong Communication Skills

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software, Excel
