Our team is looking for an Operations Intern in our Shanghai office. Responsibilities * Analyze data feeds and process file updates/comparisons * Analyze the exactitude of content provided by clients and in some instances, work to collect and obtain more accurate data * Responsible for Category Mapping

• Manage events and conference calendar Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree or above, economics or engineering related major is preferred * Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical thinking * Efficient time management, skilled at paper work preparation, and detail-oriented * Well versed in both English and Chinese (verbal and writing) * Able to work for at least 4 days a week and commit to at minimum a 6 month contract * Proficient in data analysis and manipulation with solid spreadsheet/database query experience (e.g. Excel, SQL); advanced knowledge of excel and SQL is a plus About Yext is based in the heart of New York City, with offices operating in Berlin, Chicago, Dallas, London, Paris, Tokyo, and Washington D.C.
