Job Description

MISSION:

It is your mission to oversee marketing and social media campaigns for a growing Kids SVOD platform, called Yippee. You will report directly to the Head of Yippee who will be heavily involved in marketing planning and execution. It is your mission to act as air traffic control for a small marketing team, ensuring projects are on track and team members are clear on objectives. You will oversee marketing campaigns on a daily basis. You will need to get your hands dirty and jump into creating campaigns in Hubspot, Facebook, Instagram or on other platforms, therefore a strong understanding of various marketing tech is required. You must have a mentality that no task is too small or big for you to tackle.

OUTCOMES:

1. Detailed Marketing Calendar
2. Detailed Social Media and email marketing calendar and plan
3. Engaged Community of Yippee on social media
4. Detailed project management for marketing tasks and campaigns, ownership of marketing management system (Trello, Asana, AirTable, etc)
5. Strong partnership with the Head of Yippee
6. Achievement and management of marketing KPIs (Subscriber growth and missional impact) as directed by leadership

• SEO
• Planoly or similar tools
• Social media management tools such as Hubspot
• CMS experience
• Google Analytics
• YouTube
• Slack, Trello, Asana and etc startup tools
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience (startup, or SMB preferred)
