    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Marketing Project Coordinator role is responsible for onboarding hundreds of clients per month during their GOOGLE LOCAL SERVICES and GOOGLE MY BUSINESS marketing setup. You will also facilitate and support client setup and answer any ongoing support requests via email, phone, or Zoom video. Some special projects may be assigned as well. 

    Team members well-suited to this role will have a track record of being client-focused and providing exceptional service, both internally and externally within an organization. They will have excellent communication skills, both through email/tickets and over the phone. Candidates do not have to have prior experience working at software or marketing companies, but should be willing to learn the intricacies of the Ylopo product and understand how to guide clients through the setup to use the product effectively. Most importantly, we’re looking for candidates who are quick-thinking, detail-oriented, patient, positive, and thoughtful.

    Requirements

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the onboarding of hundreds of clients per month during their Google Local Services and Google My Business marketing setup
    • Facilitate client setup and answer any ongoing support requests via email, phone or Zoom video
    • Troubleshoot and work directly with the Google support team to resolve any client issues
    • Monitor performance on client campaigns to make any marketing adjustments or optimizations
    • Track client performance through analytics dashboard and be able to explain marketing performance (spend, cost per call) to clients

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1-5 years experience in a client-facing position managing a large number of projects or clients
    • The right candidate will be extremely organized
    • Great written English and communication/conflict management skills
    • Experience with GOOGLE LOCAL SERVICES ADS, GOOGLE MY BUSINESS, and or ZENDESK preferred
