    We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the team leader and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the owner and clientele, screening messages and notifying the team leader of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Responsibilities: Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records • Complete elementary bookkeeping tasks for the team leader • Function as the main point of contact for the team leader • Implementing filing systems and order office supplies as needed • Complete administrative duties • Convey messages to the team leader that were received through phone calls, emails, or reports • Ensures that everyone is truly following and adhering to the company’s core processes and operating system with consistency. Demonstrates effective project management skills • Effectively collaborates with the team leader and stays on the same page. Maintains a high level of mutual respect with the team leader. Realizes the unique contributions and ideas that the team leader has, and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, and back-office support. • Strategy, communication, and execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives for the business Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in real estate is a bonus Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills • Consistently manage and meet the needs of our skilled producers so they consistently meet clients’ needs in a sustainable way • Decisiveness, Strong leader, Conflict Manager, Resilient, Problem Solver-solver, Continuous learner • Technology savvy - able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues • Strong project planning and management abilities in combination with proven teamwork and influential skills Compensation: $50,000- $60,000 yearly
