Yoder Real Estate Inside sales representatives focus on nurturing leads and setting appointments for our Outside Sales team.  Inside sales is 100% phone work. You'll work out of our Cascade, MI Headquarters in a comfortable, high tech office setting!  Inside Sales representatives (ISAs) work with prospective home buyers and sellers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. We provide you with leads. You will work with both inbound and outbound lead types. Our Inside Sales reps are friendly, well-spoken and ready to close the deal. We are looking for hard workers who want to achieve a high income and learn from the best in the industry. Ou ISAs will hold a real estate license.
