    Job Description

    YogaSix is currently expanding the team and seeking a qualified Sales Manager / General Manager position for one of our open studios in the SLC market.

    The Sales Manager / General Manager will be laser-focused on driving membership sales for our new boutique yoga studios. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis to create a supportive and meaningful community.

    POSITION: The Sales Manager will lead and oversee studio sales for a new location in the Greater Salt Lake City area

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2+ years of highly successful membership-based boutique franchise fitness sales experience
    • Demonstrated success with studio opening sales campaigns & offers
    • Confident in generating personal sales and training other sales staff to achieve best-in-class results
    • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams in terms of lead generation and conversion of leads to memberships
    • Previous sales management & supervisory experience required
    • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and particularly over the phone
    • Must be a self-starter who does not wait for instructions on how to succeed
    • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit to be the very best
    • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
    • An affinity and passion for fitness, particularly yoga
    • Professional, punctual, reliable, neat and organized
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, fact-based decision-making
    • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information and financial metrics
    • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public in a positive way every day
    • Proficiency with computers and Studio CRM software

    *This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including night/weekend availability.

    DUTIES:

    • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing, B2B partnership, and networking
    • Membership sales with conversation ratio of warm leads above 20% (commissions/bonus will be tied to these metrics)
    • Train & Supervise Sales Representatives, maintaining an available bench of potential candidates
    • Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email
    • Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
    • Contact prospects/leads to schedule yoga class and enroll them in memberships
    • Drive and retain retail sales
    • Minimize membership attrition (target: 3%)
    • Participate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible
    • Any other duties as assigned by owners
