We are actively seeking enthusiastic Wellness Advisors/Front Desk Associates to join our team at our Oyster Point studios in South San Francisco. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to drive new membership sales and ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our existing members. As a Wellness Advisor , your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and assist both new and current students with their membership requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Support new membership sales and member retention by assisting with class selections, addressing membership inquiries, and processing merchandise purchases
• Complete the entire sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
• Exceed sales goals set by the General Manager
• Emphasize and enforce studio objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
• Book high-quality appointments to meet monthly sales quota
• Engage in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community, and hospital events, etc.)
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment
• Take charge of developing selling skills
• Occasional travel may be required
• Attend necessary special events and training
• Fulfill all assigned management duties

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

Strong sales and customer service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented attitude to achieve sales targets
• Basic knowledge of products, programming, and pricing
• Familiarity with Club Ready software system
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Physical ability to sit or stand for up to four hours, lift up to 30 pounds, bend, kneel, and reach
• Capable of climbing stairs as elevators may not be available at all locations
