Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Creative Asset Coordinator with our client in the entertainment industry located in Culver City, CA. * 6 month assignment (with the possibility of extension) * Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00/hr * Hybrid (MUST be able to work out of Culver City. Days On-Site TBD) Overview: As Creative Asset Coordinator for Growth Marketing - you will assist the Creative Asset Managers (CAMs) and Specialists in the assets management, Quality Control (QC) , and final delivery of all digital marketing assets to all internal and external partners. Starting with kicking off campaigns, sourcing assets for production--and package all final deliverables at the end so assets can be trafficked accordingly, across social, digital, and 3rd party partners platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized with a passion for entertainment, marketing, digital art/photography, and cinematic content working closely in a pod structure. Which includes the Producer/Strategists, Project Managers (PMs) , and Media Ops. You will also act as a champion and administrator for the in-house digital asset management systems. The assets you will work with are the foundational content that our Original Series and Marketing campaigns are built on. This is a great opportunity to learn the full life cycle of creative assets, specifications and regulations of different ad platforms, and the QC and final delivery of all assets to ensure they meet the high standards and creativity of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: * Assist in the management of creative assets, taxonomy (file naming convention) , metadata, and deliver; acting as the gatekeeper of high quality creative. * Proactively source key art, trailers, social videos, and other assets available from internal cross-functional teams based on our media strategy plan. * Help build, kick off, and manage our different campaigns and productions via our project management ticketing system. * Tracking multiple productions at different stages of production, approvals, and delivery. * Assist in the creation of taxonomy, delivery folders paths, and final delivery rows in our creative tracker doc for the media agency to push live. * Responsible for QC and delivery of assigned final assets; ensuring each asset is built to specifications, correct branding/messaging, proper taxonomy, metadata and other creative/legal requirements have been met. * Communicate and assist when updates or pivots happen to our creatives, strategy, metadata, and other realignments. * Assist on other ad hoc requests like decks and other presentations as well as updating our internal team's central website full of resources for assets, specifications, and collaboration. * Be a resource for Specialists and Managers, helping fill in support when needed. Qualifications: * A minimum of 2 years relevant creative services or project management * Experience in the media/entertainment field * Experience managing different digital assets, file types, and specifications. * Experience working with digital asset management (DAM) and Knowledge of post-production concepts * Excellent attention to detail, solid follow-up skills, ability to think strategically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. * Strong time-management multi-tasker that can work independently or with the team at large * Understanding of the workflow and terminology within a production, marketing, or creative services/agency. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interface at senior levels within and outside the organization The Nice to Haves: * IT literate, with experience of any of the following software: Excel/gsheets, * com (or similar), Box, Claravine/taxonomy creation, Adobe Creative suite. * Experience with paid advertising and new media platforms * Bachelor's Degree preferred If This Sound Like You, Apply Now!
