    HELP DESK / Desktop support Admin

    6 to 12 month consulting role at least - excellent chance of converting to perm
    MUST be 4 days a week in Cranbury NJ and 1 day a week in Manhattan

    Responsibilities :

    • Help Desk Admin
    • Ticket Retrieval and responses
    • Perform user configurations
    • Laptop Builds
    • Software installations
    • Printer/Driver installations
    • User facing support

    Requirements :

    • 2+ years’ experience in Help Desk Support
    • Experience with Microsoft products/Technologies - MS Office, Office 365, Active Directory
    • Experience with Duo Installations and user configurations
    • Experience with Jira ticketing would be preferred
