INVENTORY DATA SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh’s client in Austin, TX. PAY RATE: $23/HR WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• The Data Specialist is responsible for the coordination of information to ensure that all reporting is available to peers and pulled from 3PL’s sites.
• This position will communicate directly with shippers and receivers to as needed to retrieve data. The Data Specialist will be responsible for supporting analysts by providing them the information needed to complete their analysis of all warehouse functions.
• This position will interface directly with providers and will be expected to develop those relationships to further better our processes.
• Pulling and filtering all reports needed to analyze data
• Pending fulfillment from NS (Filter and save)
• Upload fulfillments from all WHs
• Upload all production for Weaver WW, Weaver VB, Assemblers

  REQUIRED:

• 1-3 years’ experience business process related experience, inventory management, or supply chain related areas
• Good understanding of MS Excel and general knowledge of other office applications
• Ability to learn and apply concepts quickly
• Excellent verbal, written skills, and analytical skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
