    Job Description

    .Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 1-year of work experience in marketing, communications, administrative work, fundraising, or similar role; or, Associate degree and 2-years of work experience in marketing, communications, administrative work, fundraising, or similar role. Ability to use O365 product suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside vendors. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Excellent time management, written communication, planning, organization, creativity, team-building, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to self-motivate. A positive, teamwork attitude, and a high level of professionalism are preferred. A team member should have first-rate interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as a member of various teams or to work autonomously on projects as required. One-year of work experience in communications or marketing communications is preferred. Ability to utilize Canva and email campaign software is preferred. Responsibilities: Internal Communications: Work with the Marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks such as internal communication pieces, digital signage (weekly), corporate communications (monthly), HR and HSE communications (Quarterly), and seasonal communications to customers. Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics team; inventory stock; place orders; shipping; verify receipts. General marketing/communications support through various administrative tasks. Check and route shared inboxes to correct team members, input invoices, support reconciliations, update SharePoint calendars, and update internal planning documents as requested. Copywriting and editing: Collateral creation and production. Perform quality inspection before, during, and after the output of each project before routing it to management for review. Event Coordination and CSR Coordination: Create planning tools (forms, pre- and post-communication), volunteer request emails, etc. Ensure projects are completed within timelines and prepare status reports on projects/events. Occasional evening and weekend work for sponsored community activities, event planning support, etc. Comments/Special Instructions This will be a hybrid role.
